Sign in via Steam, go to the “Product” page, choose “Buy keys”, fill out the form and pay. Purchased keys arrive in your inventory. List them on the Steam Market (set the price slightly below the market for a fast sale). After selling you can end up with up to +30% more. Doing the reverse (buying keys on the Market and selling on our site) lets you withdraw funds back.

A log of all actions: deposits/withdrawals, TF2 key purchases and sales. Each transaction has a timestamp, ID and status. The status shows the stage of the deal and lets you retry payment or cancel while it is still pending. If an issue occurs, send support the transaction ID. You can also press “Check trade” to attempt resending when a payment failed.

Error 34 typically appears after changing your nickname. The restriction lasts about 2 hours, then trading becomes available again.

Error 25 means your inventory is full (default 50 slots). Buy a Backpack Expander to increase capacity (up to 300 per item, maximum 4000). You can also temporarily free space by listing items on the Market.

Check that your Steam profile is public and your trade link is correct. After fixing the issue you can resend the trade from the transaction history.

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose the tab you need (Transactions, Balance, Logout).

Open the transaction history and press “Check trade” for the relevant entry; funds will return to your balance if the exchange did not complete.
